Welcome to the 13-and-under training program. Follow each training for 3 days a week for a total of 4 weeks to see results on and off the field!
Bodyweight / No Equipment Training. This is a training program designed for athletes that do not have access to any equipment. It is a bodyweight training program that is designed for baseball athletes under the age of 13. This program can be done inside or outside, on a field or in a gym, before or after a game.
Minimal Equipment. This is a training program designed for athletes that have access to some equipment (ex. Dumbbells, bands, kettlebells). It is a weight/bodyweight training program that is designed for baseball athletes under the age of 13. This program can be done inside or outside, on a field or in a gym, before or after a game.
Full Gym Equipment. This is a training program designed for athletes that have access to a full gym. It is a weight/bodyweight training program that is designed for baseball athletes under the age of 13. This program is designed to be done in a gym. It can be done before or after a game.
